2. Products & Availability
All products listed on luxene.pk are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without prior notice. Product colors and designs may slightly vary from images shown on the website due to screen settings.

3. Pricing
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Luxene reserves the right to change prices at any time. Any price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

4. Orders & Payments
Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS. We accept payments through major payment methods including credit/debit cards, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.

5. Shipping & Delivery
We deliver across Pakistan. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, typically between 3 to 7 working days. Luxene is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns & Exchanges
Due to hygiene reasons, certain undergarment items are non-returnable once opened. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may request an exchange within 3 days of delivery by contacting our support team with photos of the product.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on luxene.pk including logos, images, product descriptions, and designs are the intellectual property of Luxene. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability
Luxene shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.

9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
